This gypsy-inspired music shows a different side to Viktoria Mullova as she looks to her peasant roots in the Ukraine and explores the influence of gypsy music on classical and jazz in the 20th Century. Gypsy music is at the heart of the program and the group covers works from Weather Report to Kodály, from Bartók to Yousson N'Dour.
